Add addresses to Allow Lists and Block Lists
Allow Lists and Block Lists allow administrators direct control over which IP addresses, email accounts and domains may send emails to the email addresses managed.
By adding an entry to the Allow List for the domain, the administrator ensures that emails coming from the location added will bypass portions of the spam filtering system and go directly to the intended recipient at the domain.
Emails arriving from a location on the Block List will be prevented from entering our system and will not be received by the intended recipient.
Entries may be added to either list through the myAccount Control Panel at:

Adding entries to your Allow List and Block Lists
- Log into myAccount as the Account Manager.
- Click the "Spam Filtering" link on the left under the "Email Settings" section.
Adding an IP address to your Allow List
If you are adding an IP address to your Allow List, there is an option at the top of the page to do so. Please note that only individual IP addresses may be added and wildcards are not supported.
Adding a domain name or email address to your Allow List
- Follow steps 1 and 2 above
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Edit Allow List"
- Enter the appropriate information, eg:
- IP address: 123.10.3.100
- Email address: sender@senderdomain.com
- (note: items such as 'www', '@' should not be added).
- Click the Add New button to complete the addition.
Adding a domain name or email address to your Block List
- Follow steps 1 and 2 above
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Edit Block List"
- Enter the appropriate information, eg:
- Email address: sender@senderdomain.com
- (note: items such as 'www', '@' should not be added).
- Click the Add New button to complete the addition.
Note: Due to the large number of spam messages sent from free email services such as Google, Yahoo, Hotmail etc, we do not recommend adding the those full domains to your Allow List. Instead, only individual email addresses should be added.
