How to change your email password
End users may change their passwords through the Synergy Webmail interface:
GO TO: http://webmail.advisoremail.com
Or click the Webmail Login link at the top of this website.
After logging into Webmail:
- On the left side of the screen, click the "+" sign to the left of the "MyAccount" section.
- Select "Password" and fill in the form on the following screen.
- Your new password should become effective within 5 minutes.
Note: Once you change your password, you will also need to change it in your email client. (ie. Outlook)
If you have forgotten your password and are no longer able to login, please contact the administrator for your account to have your password reset or contact Support.
